Additional Information and FAQs

Payment: All major credit cards, as well as Paypal, are accepted.

Shipping: After placing your order, the items should ship in about 5-10 days. If you need your items to be shipped earlier than the given time, please contact me. We can find a way to get the items to you faster. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Shipping times can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. If you are not sure where your order is, please call your local post office and provide them with your tracking number so they can further assist you. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 
Shipping times for International Orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please take processing and shipping time into consideration when placing your order. 

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, duties or taxes that may be assessed upon entry to the respective countries. 

If you are not sure where your order is, please call your local post office and provide them with your tracking number so they can further assist you.

Refunds and Exchanges: Returns or cancellations cannot be accepted after the item has been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me! There is always a way to fix the issue.

We are not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Packages lost in the mail will not be refunded.
